This crazy Indiana weather has far too many
Hoosiers feeling a little blue.

Avoid downtown chaos or escape after enjoying Super Bowl festivities for a great comfort food meal in Edelweiss in German Park. How does a soft Bavarian pretzel, a savory smoked porkchop, a hearty schnitzel, or warm apple strudel sound? In addition to our full menu on Friday and Saturday, plus a new buffet introduced for Saturday evenings, we are running bier specials this weekend to make way for new stock. Although we have lots of draft and bottles far beyond this list -- such as Warsteiner and Warsteiner Dunkel on draft -- ready for you, we also have a few specialty bottles we’d like for you to try.

Svyturys Baltijos Dark Red $6, strong dark amber Lithuanian beer, stands out with brownish and particularly thick foam, rich with a sweetish taste of caramel.
Monty Python’s Holy Grail Ale $3.50, With lots of hops, a full-flavoured golden ale with a distinctively fruity flavour followed by a signature dry finish.
Bards Malt Beer $3.50, gluten-free bier definitely rivals those without that distinction.
Grut Bier $6, interesting blend of spices, citrus and earthy hops.
Taste is light sweetness with spicy and earthy flavours.
A unique beer worthy of a tasting experience.
Weihenstephaner Vitus $5, Weihenstephaner offers
this bier with a little spice kick to it.
Tucher Helles Hefe Weizen $6, A wonderful Tucher wheat bier.
Sunner Kölsch $6, A light ale from northern Germany.
Paulaner Savator $6, A wonderful dark / amber bier from Paulaner.
HofBräu Dunkel (11 oz) $3.50, A dark bier from
one of the most famous brewhouses in the world.
Weihenstephaner Vitus $5, A Weihenstephaner with a little spice kick to it.
Weihenstephaner Korbinian $5, A doppelbock described as a full-blooded beer among the very best and absolute tops in drinkability.
Paulaner Salvator $6, A wonderful dark / amber bier from Paulaner.
Stiegl Goldbräu Lager $6, Stiegl Goldbräu boasts an unrivalled, well rounded, balanced and wonderfully thirst-quenching flavor. Mildly hopped with a typical refreshing beer bouquet, golden colour, a magnificent fine head and pleasant aftertaste.
Stiegl Pils $6, A fine, lively type of beer, with a bouquet produced by premium quality Saaz hops to stimulate the senses.
Hofbrau Original $6, Hofbräu Original embodies Munich’s character as a city of beer. Full-bodied with an alcoholic content of approximately 5.1% by volume and offering a truly fine hops aroma, it is a superbly well-balanced lager.
Hofbräu Hefe Weizen $6 Characterized by its sparkling rich foam and naturally by its unforgettable refreshing and fruity taste. It is brewed according to an ancient tradition and offers an alcoholic content of approximately 5.1% by volume.
Dooley’s Toffee Liqueur $1 Although Irish and not German, this toffee liquer is worth a shot. Customers have enjoyed it added to coffee, chilled over ice, or poured over ice cream.

How About a Second Buffet Each Week?

Yes! We are now offering our fabulous Buffet
on Saturday, as well as Wednesday. Still 5:00 to 9:00 P.M.
You can still order from the menu if you choose.
We will be adding some additional items so the Saturday
Buffet will be $11.95 for Members and $12.95 for non-members.
Ask about our special children's buffet price.

Svyturys Baltijos Dark Red $6, strong dark amber Lithuanian beer, stands out with brownish and particularly thick foam, rich with a sweetish taste of caramel.
